2. Educational planning information
StockingLab provides general educational information and planning estimates for aquarium hobbyists. Calculations and compatibility results are not guarantees. Aquarium conditions vary with livestock source, genetics, age, sex, individual temperament, tank layout, maintenance, feeding, filtration, oxygenation and water chemistry.
3. Animal welfare and responsibility
You remain responsible for researching each species, cycling and maintaining the aquarium, testing water quality, providing appropriate diet and habitat, and responding to signs of aggression, stress or poor health. Never add livestock solely because the planner shows unused capacity.
If actual water quality or animal behaviour conflicts with a calculator result, the real aquarium takes priority. StockingLab is not veterinary advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat disease.
4. No warranty of compatibility or capacity
A favourable result means that the model did not identify a major conflict from the information available to it. It does not certify that animals will coexist safely. Likewise, a caution or avoid result is a conservative planning warning and does not describe every possible expert-managed setup.
5. Accuracy and corrections
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but data can be incomplete, debated or changed by improved husbandry knowledge. If you identify an error, please report it through the contact page. We may correct, expand or remove data without notice.
6. Acceptable use
You may use StockingLab for personal planning and may share normal links to its public pages. You must not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or reproduce the site's database or software in bulk for a competing commercial service without permission.
7. External services and links
The site may link to or use third-party services, including advertising and hosting providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement or product on an external site.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of StockingLab and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The planner is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, StockingLab and its operator are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on planning estimates where the user has not independently checked husbandry requirements and actual aquarium conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
